Instituted and delivered gamified learning experiences to increase engagement and retention, utilizing functions including points, badges, and scenario-challenge based on features to assist core ideas and motivate learners. Configured the solution for achieving learning objectives and user needs.

Created and developed a variety of learning assets, using RISE. Includes trainings, learning paths, job aids, and attestations, to support scalable, self-paced learning and long-term retention of knowledge. Aligned all materials to organizational goals and user needs for a cohesive training experience.

Software Simulations

End-to-end software simulation training modules from the ground up with extensive work with subject matter experts to make it as useful and engaging as possible. It includes interactive scenarios, quizzes, and real-life tasks designed to acclimatize the users to the software that are used on a daily basis.

Online Scenario-Based Training

Developed online scenario-based training with interactive slides, animations, and embedded assessment checks to reinforce learning and reflect real-world decision-making. Designed each module to be interactive, practical, and linked to key performance objectives.
